As a whole, Churchill is known to be an effective leader. Hopefully our other strengths can make up the aspects of our skills that don’t help our effectiveness. What a great point, Nicco!
How so true – we don’t set out to make mistakes. My philosophy is to take stock at the end, review and look at how you would handle the situation differently next time. What signals would you look for that led you to get to that situation – identify the trigger point so you know what to look for next time.
This has been my way of working – I don’t take my mistakes personally or to heart, rather a learning and growth process.

Agreed. Although, at times it feels bad to disappoint others or inadvertently offend others.
