The biggest thing that I have learned so far in the hand made business is to not take it personal. This is very hard for me, and for a lot of artists and crafters that I know, because what we do is personal. Spain says ‘yes’. This is not new news, but a great example that illustrates how to execute balance while serving as a high-ranking political official:
